Inorder to have stable fps on my pc (nvidia gtx 1060, intel i7-7700), I need to lower a variety of graphics settings. itsclearly a USER problem. check sharpness filter under image customization, should be 100% or more. And read the tips there, e.g not two sharpness filters active. or remove all config files in your douments ACC folder, that will also reset the gfx settings. Themain settings that are affected by CPU performance are the number of opponents and to a lesser extent visible opponents. So you can run higher graphics settings if you want, but you probably can't play with a full grid if you want it to run smooth. I run 13-16 opponents depending on track with an i7-4790k, for reference.
